How to Exchange Loyalty Points for a Bonus
To exchange your Loyalty Points for a bonus, click on the My Account button in the Bingo software, go to the Loyalty Point Exchange Tab and then follow these simple steps:

Enter the number of Loyalty Points you’d like to exchange from your available balance. You must exchange a minimum of 100 Loyalty Points each time.

Use the drop down to select a Bingo Bonus, that can be used to buy Bingo tickets, an All Games Bonus, to play qualifying non-Bingo games, or a Multiplayer Bonus, to play Multiplayer games.
Note that the All Games Bonus can be used on all the games that appear in the Instant Win section of the website, except for Multiplayer games, Blackjack and Mini-Roulette.

Players will earn six points for every £10 cash staked on Bingo games, two points for every £10 cash staked on Scratchcards and one point for every £10 cash staked on Slots and all other games. Loyalty Points can be redeemed once a minimum of 100 points is available for redemption. 100 points can be exchanged for a £1 bonus.

Loyalty Points that are unclaimed after 90 days may be removed without prior notice.

Should a player not make a deposit/transfer to Games/Bingo for a period of 13 weeks, their entire Loyalty Point balance will be forfeited.

Should a player make no deposit/transfer to Games/Bingo and no stake on Bingo for a period of 90 days, bonus funds in any of the player's bonus balances within the Bingo product will be forfeited and may be removed without prior notice.

Any players who attempt to abuse the Loyalty Scheme in whatever manner may be removed from the promotion. For bet365 to make such a determination is at their absolute discretion.

Any bonus awarded in exchange for Loyalty Points must be staked at least once prior to any withdrawal being processed.
